Ingredients of Chilli Chicken
- Prepare 2 of Chicken Breasts.
- You need of Red Pepper & Green Pepper.
- Prepare 1 of Red Chilli.
- Prepare 1 of egg beaten.
- It's of Flour.
- It's 3 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- You need 3 of garlic cloves finely chopped.
- You need 2 table spoon of tomato puree.
- Prepare 100 ml of water.
Chilli Chicken step by step
- Cut the chicken into strips and season, coat in egg then flour.
- Shallow fry the chicken until brown and add the peppers and cook for a few more minutes, remove from pan.
- Add the chilli, garlic, tomato purée, soy sauce, water together into the pan and simmer until thickens.
- Add chicken and peppers back into the pan for a further 2 mins.
- Serve with rice and enjoy.
