- It's 3/4 kg of Chicken Boneless cubes.
- You need 800 gm of Basmati Rice.
- You need 2 tsp of Salt.
- It's 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Red chilli flakes.
- It's 1 tsp of Black Pepper powder.
- It's 2-3 of Green Chillies finely chopped (optional).
- You need 1 bunch of Spring Onions chopped.

- It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1 cup of Mixed Veggies of choice.
- You need 1 of Onion finely chopped.
- Prepare 1 of "Cinnamon sticks.
- You need 10-12 of Black Peppercorns.
- It's 2 of nos Bay Leaves.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cumin Seeds.
- You need 4-5 tbsp of Oil.

- In a pan, heat oil, then add the onions and minced ginger garlic and saute for a minute. Once it's done, add in all the veggies, green chillies, chicken, plus all the spices and stir fry for a while. Then cover with a lid and let it simmer on a low heat for 20-22 minutes. - Meanwhile, in a cooking pot, add Oil. To this, add in the cumin seeds and bay leaves, you can also add other whole masalas such as cinnamon, black peppercorns.
- For this you can either use freshly cooked Rice or leftovers. If making fresh Rice, do it accordingly. Add this Rice to the cooked Chicken and give it all a good mix but very gently.
