Either chicken breast or chicken thighs may be used for easy homemade fried rice recipe.
However, I've used shrimp, beef and pork in place of the chicken.

- You need 300 gram of chicken.
- You need 2 cup of boiled rice.
- It's 2 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste.

- Prepare 1 tablespoon of black pepper powder.

- Prepare 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce.

Put down the takeout menu, because this chicken fried rice is simple, fast and can be made in one skillet???which means less dirty dishes! A great way to use up leftovers, this easy Chinese fried rice uses cold, pre-cooked white rice, chicken tenders, frozen vegetables and eggs. Transfer Easy Chicken Fried Rice to a serving platter. Easy chicken fried rice step by step
- Take a mixing bowl add chicken pieces, salt, black pepper powder, corn flour, ginger-garlic paste.
- Mix well, marinate the chicken for half an hour.
- Heat the frying pan add a teaspoon of oil then add marinate chicken mix, saute and cook until chicken tenders.
- After frying keep aside.
- Now heat a Kadai add oil and butter, oil is hot add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
- Then add chopped capsicum, carrots, beans, onion, mix and saute well.
- Then add cooked chicken and saute for a minute.
- Then in to it add cooked rice and mix well properly and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt to taste and black pepper powder, mix well.
- After mixing saute for a minute then add vinegar mix well and Saute for 1 to 2 minute, add chopped coriander leaves and slit green chilli.
- After frying chicken fried rice is ready to serve..
