Fried rice&stir fry chicken instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large skillet add onions and eggs and scramble untill fully cooked add the carrots&green beans and saute for a minute.
- Add the leftover rice,maggi,curry and thyme cook for 3-5minutes to heat throughly.
- For the chicken stir fry; marinade the chicken strips with(oil,maggi,spices,scotch bonnet&garlic paste) for 1hour.
- In a sauce pan on medium heat add little oil and pour the chicken in and stir till it started becoming golden brown in color.
- Add ur veggies and stir fry for a minutes and spices and maggi to taste and continue stiring for 2-3minutes.. serve with rice,pasta or anything of ur choice.
