- Prepare 300 g of debone skinless chicken meat (cut into strips).
- You need 250 g of cooked rice.

- Prepare 3 cloves of garlic.

Chicken Fried Rice step by step
- In a bowl add chicken, black pepper, a tbs soy sauce, cornflour and salt mix well and let it sit for 20 mins.
- Dice your onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, and capsicum.
- Flame a large pan add oil and you marinade chicken strips and cook until the chicken turn Brown. Remove and put into another plate.
- In the same pan add ginger and garlic and for few seconds. Add white spring onion carrot and capsicum and sauté for few seconds..
- Push your veggies aside and add your beaten eggs scramble them then mix with the veggies..
- Add your chicken and chilli garlic paste and stir well for 5 mins.
- Add your rice and salt and mix with the veggies and chicken until well incorporated..
- Sprinkle green spring onion reduce your flame to low cover and cook for one minute..
- Serve while hot..
