- Prepare of Minced Garlic.
- Prepare of Ground Ginger.
- You need of Lemon Juice.
- You need of Cooking Oil spray.

- Remove any skin from the chicken. Cut into the chicken, but not all the way through, in even stripes..
- Spray, (or brush), a little Cooking Oil over the surface of the portions.
- Sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Add a sprinkle of minced Garlic and a shake or two of ground Ginger.
- Cook in a medium - hot oven for 30 minutes, turn portions over, add a little more Garlic, Lemon juice and Ginger to this side, and cook for another 30 minutes until golden brown. I served mine with Hash Browns! Enjoy!!.
